Redesigning the Republic of Tea by transforming the brand and packaging into a meaningful, modern, laid-back, and consistent design. I wanted to create a meaningful identity by creating an abstract version of their signature round tea bags as the logo; It creates a story to their company's identity and brand.
My idea behind the package design is to reflect the bare and organic quality of their teas through my simple, bare drawings, and integrating them with fresh and modern colors, design, and typography. Each individual flavors contain its own drawing that has a consistent style throughout the whole system.
Overall, my rebranding strategy is to keep the Republic of Tea's equity by using their existing canisters to be recognizable, and transforming their identity and brand with a different concept, design, and story.
